On March 15, SFWA announced this year’s Nebula Awards Finalists as chosen by SFWA members.
Here’s the SFWA announcement on YouTube. It’s a great piece to see the nominees in each award category, and dramatic presentations of selected nominated works as read by SAG-AFTRA members.
This year’s winners will be announced on June 6 at the 61st Nebula Annual Nebula Awards Conference, which will be held from June 3 to 7 both online and in-person in Chicago, Illinois, at the Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare Hotel Conference Center.
On May 5, R-SPEC will hold our own (non-binding) voting for Best Nebula Short Story.
[…drum roll, please…]
Here are the six short story finalists:
- “Through the Machine,” P.A. Cornell, Lightspeed
- “Six People to Revise You,” J.R. Dawson, Uncanny
- “The Tawlish Island Songbook of the Dead,” E.M. Linden, PodCastle
- “In My Country,” Thomas Ha, Clarkesworld
