Become a Member of R-Spec
A one-year R-SPEC membership is $24, which goes toward supporting our website, promoting R-SPEC, and helping us develop new projects for R-SPEC Press. As we’re a non-profit organization, the membership fee is tax deducible, too.
Why join? On top of supporting R-SPEC’s mission, we have several new perks that we’re rolling out this year:
- Special pricing on regional conventions TBD. In the past we've had an agreement for early registration prices to Astronomicon. We're working to arrange special pricing to other regional cons.
- Free R-SPEC e-book in the format of your choice. First-time members can choose from either Rochester Rewritten or our first anthology 2034: Writing Rochester’s Futures, as an e-book compatible with Nook, Kindle, or Apple devices, or as a PDF.
- 20% off the purchase of any hardcopy R-SPEC anthology. Normally $14.95, each book will be only $11.96 for you.
- Voting privileges in electing the R-SPEC board and helping shape the way we support Rochester-area speculative writers.
Our annual business meeting will be held on the first Tuesday in February at 7:00 p.m. (See the meeting notice for location.) Afterwards, we’ll dive into our topic of the month. If you are able to, we’d love to have you join us.
