For anyone who is interested in writing about a catastrophe like the Gulf Oil Spill, or if you just want some coverage of the spill from a different, perhaps more objective, point of view, AAAS (American Association for the Advancement of Science) has a page called, "The Science of the Oil Spill." They have photos, links to blogs, explanatory articles, and more that may shed a slightly different light on this disaster.
