Panspermia told well (that's not even vaguely sexual, btw)

io9.com has a post about a 3-minute music video showing a version of panspermia that is much more convincing than the lame scene from Prometheus. That video is a portion of a longer, but still short, film that shows the complete vignette. Good stuff. In Prometheus' defense, it's not clear why life is seeded on Earth in the first place, and without some motivation, maybe it was harder to make a meaningful scene. Or, if the motives were dark, maybe it couldn't be made meaningful without spoiling the rest of the movie. I liked Prometheus, but it had flaws. Lots.
